The Spire Recency is organised - clean - well staffed. Well managed and serves healthy nourishing food. Five stars!

The only department I had a problem with was the physiotherapy. Follow up exercises did not arrive and when I rang to chase them, still I did not receive prompt attention. Better supervision is probably needed to co-ordinate staff.
