Within my treatment I feel that everything was in place for me to focus on my recovery and learn about my addiction. I loved mels acupuncture and Lisa’s holistic treatments. On arrival I was greeted by Stevie and Shannon who were amazing and very reassuring. I found James from admissions amazing he was a support and made my commitment to recovery so much easier. I had Julie as a therapist ho was a massive calming and understanding influence and gave me lots of reassurance. I found Clare also very reassuring and understanding, Kat I found very tough but I needed this at times. Tracey was really supportive with myself and my family and set me tasks that really helped. Tracey was a mixture of all therapists at Sanctuary lodge and this was really helpful and I have total respect for all the therapy team at Sanctuary lodge. I found Maria lovely and she kept us all in her places with her strict interpretation of the rules which as addicts I felt we all needed. Food was mostly ok it improved during my stay and I had some great meals. Housekeeping was lovely Wendy is lovely and helpful and Hannah. The only bad experience I had was with the physical elements of my care and one situation which I believe is being handled. All in all I feel ready for discharge and to continue with my recovery
