I had an MRI scan of my knees. Queen Square Imaging was fantastic, fitting me in very quickly. Aysha & Fiona the radiographers, were very professional and reassuring, helping me feel at ease. My referrer has fed back saying that the MRI study was of a very high quality. Definitely a positive experience for worried patients like myself.

Quiet and clean waiting area. Easy to find. Got a same day appointment and was told I would be seen within the hour but having waited 45 mins I was told it would be much longer so we ended up leaving & walking round London for a couple of hours to then return later that day. Clean changing facilities. Staff who did the scan we reassuring (as I’d never had one before)

My visit couldn't have been easier. I was collected from reception within minutes of my arrival and several kind and patient staff came to speak with me to get me prepared. The conversation I had with the doctor was very detailed and answered any lingering questions I had about the injection.

All of the staff are wonderful, very friendly and very informative which puts your nerves at ease, especially mine, given I am not good with injections. The centre itself is very clean and comfortable.

Great experience - everyone was very friendly and caring. I especially appreciated that everyone made the time to explain to me, in detail, what is going to happen during the procedure. This was really reassuring.
