Very friendly and welcoming throughout the entire process. I was kept well informed and have full confidence that they were thorough. The procedure was very quick and efficient and overall a very positive experience, including the after-care.

Fantastic and difficult experience

This procedure has completely transformed my life. I am now able to perform simple tasks with my right hand which was becoming difficult if not impossible. I was losing my independence, but now I can lead a comparatively normal life again. I am so grateful to the staff at Queens, they went above and beyond their duty of care, and took me through the procedure with the utmost care. Their expertise was superb and I cannot thank them enough.

Service was amazing. No waiting. Very helpful and friendly. The entire clinic was spotless. Natasha,Lizzie and Martha made be feel comfortable the entire time, explaining everything and updating. The receptionist Mara was friendly and helpful as soon as I entered.
