Had to wait outside a while for somebody to enter the building. Also a 30minute wait (approx) to be seen by the relevant person. However, everybody I saw was very friendly and the facilities were top-notch.

All good- despite the problems between Optegra and Aviva . The two procedures I had with Dan Linfield were excellent and I would recommend him to anyone

Throughout my time dealing with Optegra (replacement lenses + epi retinal membrane peeling), the support staff, nurses , anaesthetists, and of course, Andrew Luff have made what should be a scary experience, actually quite "enjoyable". I would throughly recommend Optegra , Guildford to anyone who is contemplating similar treatments

I felt comfortable the whole way through (coffees and magazines in the waiting rooms were a lovely touch also). Even though I was found not to be suitable for laser eye surgery, I felt very satisfied with my experience. Thank you.

Everything went smoothly, appointments were on time, explanations of the operation were in sufficient detail and questions were invited and answered fully. The operations went smoothly and post operative care and medications were fully explained. The hospital was clean and bright. All in all a very satisfactory experience.
