My care in the Nuffield was a positive experience. I have nothing but praise for the staff.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. It was a very relaxed atmosphere.

The Nuffield hospital is an incredible hospital. The staff there are extremely helpful and polite. The hospital is clean and the rooms are of hotel standard!! I was even given a food menu to select my meals!

All staff were friendly and professional.

The hospital staff were very helpful . The general cleanliness and efficiency were good however I was a little concerned that whilst visiting during COVID 19 some areas for example the changing rooms were not wiped down and cleaned between patients .

All the staff I encountered/interacted with were friendly and professional. They demonstrated empathy and caring.

Only thing I will say is that I needed an ultrasound following my appointment and had to wait c. 4 hours for that which I wasn’t warned about before and was obviously quite a long wait.

A good experience which allowed me to have all my examinations done on one day.
