All the staff I encountered/interacted with were friendly and professional. They demonstrated empathy and caring.

Only thing I will say is that I needed an ultrasound following my appointment and had to wait c. 4 hours for that which I wasn’t warned about before and was obviously quite a long wait.

Have been going for just over a year foe various procedures and consultations. Every person you meet greets you with kindness and care. Especially when you have to attend appointments on your own.

The hospital staff were fantastic, every member of staff were friendly and kind and always available to ensure I was happy and comfortable before, during and after surgery. Ensure you go home knowing where and who to call if there is an issue. The hospital itself is spotless and follow COVID regulations still which is great.

The care at Newcastle Nuffield hospital was excellent. From the moment I arrived the staff there were brilliant and couldn’t do enough to make my overnight stay comfortable. I have been back twice for check ups and again the service was brilliant.

Very professional staff. Lack of parking places was the only negative.

Everyone at the Nuffield was so kind and caring and made my stay so comfortable. They were so professional and made sure that I was calm before my procedure. Nothing was too much for them
