The Nuffeild is a lovely clean hospital! All the staff are helpful and friendly. They made me feel at ease before my surgery and After they made me feel so comfortable and always made sure I was being well looked after.

Felt very safe during the COVID pandemic

I felt very comfortable during my visit to the hospital and my two appointments were both on time. I was very worried about my appointment but the friendliness and approachability of all members of staff was excellent and made me feel at ease.

Overall good. Friendly staff, very clean, parking and convenient. However, difficult to contact on the phone. Often got answerphone or person couldn’t help me (not their department). Room had been double booked for my procedure so had to wait almost an hour.

All staff very pleasant and helpful.
