The process at the Nightingale was smooth and efficient with helpful staff and minimal waiting times.

I feel like it’s nicer than the other psychiatric hospitals: cleaner, more freedom, good food etc. At times though, I didn’t know what would be happening next. There was one therapist (not in CBT, DBT, IPT) who was a bit hopeless.

Getting a diagnosis really helped me

The Nightingale Hospital is such an incredible place. I feel so grateful that I was fortunate enough to be able to access such wonderful care. Every single member of staff from the kitchen angels to the therapy saviours were all there to help me get better. There is no better place to turn to.
