Excellent clinic with lovely staff throughout my whole experience at the clinic

Everyone at the clinic is wonderful, from the reception staff to the nurses and the doctors. Going through IVF can be such a such a stressful process but the entire team at the clinic take so much stress out of it. They are with you every step of the way and knowing that there is always someone on hand to ask a question of, no matter how small, means the world.

Make me feel at ease. Sometimes there are slight miscommunications or I don’t necessarily feel that the team is completely au fait with my treatment plan at the time or my history. And sometimes there appear to have been miscommunications, but they are helpful. I find the receptionists really welcoming.

Everyone has always been very nice and answered questions. Very efficient clinic everything runs smoothly.

I’ve had 2 visits up to now and always had an enjoyable time. All staff are lovely and helpful.

People all really lovely and welcoming from the reception staff in particular Rita to the nurses and doctors. Really lovely clinic. Didn’t give 5 stars as feel sometimes patient pathway lets the patient down as sometimes instructions not clear. I.e. text message from nurse with instructions didn’t match what was instructed on Salve app so confusing and adds to what is already a stressful situation. Other point is appointments rarely called in on time.

Very friendly and professional service. Always informed throughout the processes. We’ve always been fully supported and always welcomed with a friendly face and manner especially when times have been tough.
