We have attended this clinic for 2years and feel that we have not had all information having spent time with one consultant who has left and now seeing someone else who has instantly started medications which should have been on before due to PCOS. So far quite disappointed

Staff friendly and helpfull; Just one occasion was a little disheartening when I found out my donor wasn’t available at 10 in the morning so I had 4 hours to choose a new donor before treatment : which I didn’t think was very good , But overall the staff are very friendly. And Sam Potts is excellent head Fertility nurse.
