The receptionists and clinicians were all wonderful in this clinic. At all appointments, we were seen promptly and treated with kindness and courtesy. My only issues are that some of the results were not relayed or explained to us. Additionally, we were wrongly invoiced for our treatment and, it is only on the day of egg retrieval that we were informed that we were informed of this additional cost. Definitely not the time to deal with something like this when your head is focused on so many other anxieties. Having said that, all the staff around the egg retrieval were absolutely outstanding. I couldn’t have asked for better care

Over the past 4 years we have had support and guidance off the full team. We have experienced some sad losses and the whole team have been amazing. Could not have ask for more.

Overall, very good service. Occasional communication issues where I felt I needed to be on top of things a lot about my individual circumstances/ history. Nurses always very friendly.
