They have an unusually helpful secretary ( normally as you know medical secretaries are recruited to be morose and grumpy ) absolute pleasure too see the Shard , swift and efficient at all things medical .

Really good experience, I didn't need to wait weeks for the appointment (neither MRI scan or doctor's appointment).

I was a little late, which appeared to cause no problem, I was seen quickly by Mr Lee, sent for an x-ray and then fully advised on my options. I was entirely satisfied with the consultation
