I have used LIPS multiple times, the team have always been great help and very supportive, I would like to thank in particular Omar who has been helping me organise appointments, he was always friendly and efficiently got my treatment sorted out.

I was well taken care of from the moment I checked in with the admin and porters. Nursing team and recovery nurses were great. Plus the consultant, anaesthetist and medical team who looked after my procedure.

I am particularly pleased with the doctor whom I see - the rest is really ancilliary. However, it's really lovely to come to a treatment centre where there is no queuing, where all the scanning facilities are readily available and where everyone is polite and efficient. I would recommend this service.

Dr. Arshad has been incredibly helpful. She helped me resolve my knee issues and also got me a referral to another specialist. I really appreciate her support and her positive attitude. Thanks a lot

The admin team are very friendly and helpful. Ms. Homa Arshad is also very kind, patient and happy to spend time answering questions and explaining everything in detail. I wish the surgery could be scheduled for sooner and I don't really understand why it cannot. Other than this, I have been very happy with the service.
