It met expectations as in I had high expectations and I wasn’t disappointed. Mr Humble was very personable, professional, and involving. The administration staff from front door to reception were polite and pleasant.

I had a simple procedure but was treated with kindness and thoroughness. What I was told is what actually took place. The nurse who cared for me pre-op was very helpful and was there again when I emerged. She got me some food and liquid quickly, as I had been fasting. I guess the medical providers were great but I was sedated so don't remember much!

Overall I was happy with my treatment and the care I received although I felt that there were some aspects of my post-operative care that I wasn't happy with.

My experience, I cannot fault the service, the friendliness. Of the reception staff through to the Medical team, Diana was extremely helpful and professional.Mr Hindocha professional as ever, very happy with my operation

The person who looked after me from beginning to end was Diana Baznosu. She cared about every aspect of my stay. Medical and not medical. She went the extra mile.

my consultant was more than 25 minutes late. my consultant was not aware of who i was and assumed wrongly that i saw already someone at the clinic the nurse aimed to support her was "bad" and not professional as he left without being told he could leave overall i left "what aim i doing there"
