Dentist visit was OK,at reception after treatment was not very good

I had to wait 35 minutes for my appt, I appreciate I was advised by the receptionist that there would be a delay, what I wasn't happy was the reason why - I had to listen to a mother and her daughter arguing over the daughter not wanting to continue with an appt, she finally decided she would go ahead and whilst she was struggling to make up her mind (I know what it's like I also don't like dentists) I feel i should have been seen and said pt could have been after.

Had a very good experience over the past couple of weeks with their dental services. Without doubt the best dentist I have ever seen in many years

I went in on an emergency appointment got seen the same day .they xrayed my mouth to find I had an abscess so had to have the tooth extracted.I had it done today and they were brilliant . Both the reception staff and the dentist were so great even after having the procedure they kept checking on me Great place to go to . Highly recommended if you can get into this dentist

Very polite confident young man ! I couldn't fault him. My only criticism of the practice is that you see a different dentist every time you go.

Did not understand the dentist was not explained costs or options, I was in a room with a noisy electric heater, just had my tooth nerves attacked and I am supposed to understand what my options are and most importantly costs, we all can not afford dentistry costs

They were very busy and pre-pandemic I would have been waiting for well over 30 minutes but on this occasion (my first since the pandemic) my wait was around 10 minutes only despite how busy they were. The dentist also did some immediate treatment, something in the past I would have needed to book a further appointment for later on. All round efficient, friendly service.
