Al good, booked into have two fillings, but only one was really needed, so I agreed to have one done, no pain or suffering.

Satisfactory experience, however they do need to keep more cash in the tin as they always struggle to give change when paying by cash. We need to keep cash to avoid falling into the automated Chinese credit scoring system which the NWO is trying to bring in.

The receptionist was welcoming, friendly and efficient, pre and post appointment. The dentist and nurse were friendly and efficient, explaining procedure and process. I have never ever been complimented on my care of teeth and gums until now, thank you!

Sadly, we have found working with the practice for the last few years (since 2017) very frustrating. We call for days to get through and appointments are months apart and at awkward times. On four occasions my son’s brace has broken within a few days and we have had to return. He has always tried to lol after it but was told off by staff as we had cut the metal spiking in his mouth whilst waiting 2 months for a return appointment to have it fixed. This week my son had his appointment on Weds, his brace broke that night whilst eating rice! and he tried several times and Thursday and Friday to get through to the surgery but could not. We have 2 other children and have chosen another practice in Bury St Edmunds for their treatment instead.

My son as given a brace with no consideration to his other medical conditions and when we attempted to discuss this with the dentist and then reception staff we were fobbed off and given no answer / advice. His follow up appointment has been changed to a time he can’t make immediately after the appointment was made so we can’t discuss this further any time soon.

Very professional service , explain all treatment very clearly before starting , put you at ease , great dentist and very helpful nurse would highly recommend if nervous

Poor overall. Long wait times at reception, phones often unanswered. Card machine wasn’t working after my appointment, within 2 weeks I’d received two emails and a letter demanding payment and threatening court action. I had tried to call to arrange payment several times but couldn’t get through. Reception seems very understaffed or overworked.
