I was abit reluctant to have these done but Richard put me at ease as soon as I walked in. It was a very calm environment.

Richard is excellent in what he does, he explained the process thoroughly, was frank about the expected outcome in my case and the whole experience was great. The pain was to be expected, but it was minimal - I opted out for any numbing cream- it lasted for seconds only. He also gave me a series of exercises that will help me. Definitely recommend!

When I attended the Daith medical clinic I was immediately put at ease. During the consultation Richard went through my full complex medical history with me and we discussed several problems which might be able to benefit from a Daith piercing. Following the consultation I decided to proceed with the piercing. Care was taken to ensure that I was comfortable and explanations given. The procedure itself took just a few minutes with very little discomfort. Afterwards I was given full after care instructions and equipment to ensure that the piercing remained healthy. I was also told that I would receive follow up emails to track my progress and that if I had any issues that I was to either text or email a message and he would reply with advice and reassurance immediately. Following my appointment I felt that Richard showed the upmost professionalism, was very knowledgeable about migraine and the how the vegas nerve functions and effects different parts of the body and he also knew my migraine consultant too which helped. I would definitely recommend visiting Richard if you are considering this procedure. I wanted to give it the very best chance of success and getting a good effect.
