had to wait almost 30 min which was not great but they had toys for the children which made the wait easier.

There was a long waiting time at the Pharmacy.

The hospital is a welcoming environment, filled with welcoming and kind staff.

I have been several times in the BUPA Cromwell hospital. Recently, since the child department has changed j must admit the services have definitely improved. Again, would recommend the hospital to everyone.

The hospital staff is very nice, the nurses especially were very sweet towards my daughter (3) - no idea how they managed to get blood samples. The waiting room is nice and clean, good idea to have films running on tv for the little ones.

Easy to book and gave clear instructions on what I was required to do for entry in COVID times.
