I feel that the arrival and registration process could be a little more streamlined. I appreciate that it is a busy facility but the general waiting area seems non specific, e.g. those waiting to be seen for the necessary bureaucracy are mixed in with those waiting for other things; once one gets to the point of care all becomes calm. The current building works do not help the whole situation and temporary signage would be beneficial.
