The arrival and registration process was superb. The clinical teams were kind and compassionate and facilities outstanding.

One visit they literally had no appropriate dressings available for my wound, saying they were waiting on a delivery. I thought this was strange given it’s an active hospital. However this is my only negative reflection.

Visiting the Cromwell is always straight forward. The front desk is always helpful and can direct you to the correct department. For day cases, the rooms are comfortable and the nurse looking after you is friendly and helpful. It does get quieter at the end of shift in the evening.

Cromwell hospital was incredibly well run. The staff were excellent and made me feel really welcome and less anxious. They made sure I was ok at all times and ensured I wasn't too scared. The food was excellent and the options were excellent. I couldn't recommend it enough

I was admitted in April for my laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis. From pre op all the way to being discharged, I was really being taken care of and all staff was helpful. Rooms were really big and didn’t feel like your “traditional” hospital room. Food was amazing with a really good selection of dishes.
