I first met Dr Ingrid in June 2021 at an event she was speaking at. I was so impressed with her deep level of knowledge on hairloss conditions I immediately made an appointment for a consultation for my own hair loss issues. I had previously met with a Dermatologist but after only a brief consulation, I was left without a confirmed diagnosis or treatment pathway.  Dr Ingrid spent time discussing the extent of my condition, exploring potential causes and treatment options.  She was empathetic, thorough and explained in lamens terms what my options were. The hair I've lost won't grow back, but I have a way forward that I now feel comfortable with.  She has also inspired me to go out there myself and learn much more about trichology in all it's complexity. Thank you Dr Ingrid!
