I came across Sophie by chance on a fellow ostomites Instagram. I was looking for someone with knowledge of stomas. Sophie cropped up and the rest as they say is history. I found Sophie to be fantastic for my needs. Her advice and information was incredible. Some of it was far more enlightening than expected. I am so grateful for the info I received.

An excellent fully online experience!

Sophie Medlin has been very understanding, professional and helpful for me with a very complicated problem I have with reactions to foods. Where my doctors don't know what my issue is Sophie is able to help advise me (and also liaise with my doctors) and help me diagnose the problem. I would very easily recommend her to anyone in a similar situation and while speaking to medical and nutritional experts she seems to be the first who genuinely cares about my well being.

On the basis of the experience and professionalism of the Team outlined in the City Dietitians’ website I was confident that I would be able to access the advice I was looking for and I was correct.
