Cristian is an expert in coeliac disease and gluten-free diets and gave me lots of practical, useful advice and guidance in adapting to the diagnosis and the need to avoid gluten both at home and, importantly, when eating food prepared by others, be it restaurants, workplace, takeaways and the like.
