Tai Iboyte was a fantastic dietician. She was very articulate and knew her craft very well! She knew a lot about Nigerian food and her suggestions and advice was so informative that I immediately knew that I was given the correct accurate information! She has really helped me understand healthy eating and healthy diet choices especially in relation to Nigerian culinary and cultural food choices.
