My experience at The Ridgeway Hospital was excellent. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. On my arrival for my operation, I was instantly taken to my room where everything was ready for me. The room & bathroom were spotlessly clean and the staff were very efficient and very friendly. I couldn't have wished for a better experience.

With the admin. staff I noted that even though I was the patient, sometimes they addressed all remarks to my daughter.

I had a letter for my appointment at 9:20am however, the time of my appointment had changed to 12:50pm. The change was only sent as a text which I missed. Which means I turned up to my original appointment at 9:20am so had to go back home which was a 40min journey. Next time maybe a phone call with an answerphone message if I don’t pick up. Even a email or letter would have been good too. Not just a text.
