Booked appointment - got phone call requesting to move forward to earlier time. Arrived for earlier time, consultant was delayed in traffic. So not the best start. Had healthcare and recommendation but still no date for required operation. Awaiting update.

The staff put me at ease as soon as I walked in. I was immediately taken to a lovely private room and nothing was too much trouble. The nursing staff were amazing, constantly checking on me, especially after my operation, making sure I wasn’t in pain and was comfortable. Everything was handled so professionally, it really was a first class experience.
