1st date for procedure was cancelled on the morning of the operation when I was sat in the room in surgical gown ready to get the call to theatre , this was explained to me as an issue in theatre whereby the room was not safe , all staff explained with great empathy , were extremely apologetic, issue was completely out of their hands , 2nd date for procedure went to plan , friendly and helpful staff at all times , highly recommend
