Fantastic service

I feel the receptionist could be a bit more welcoming. She treated me as if she was a headmistress! She needs some training on communication with patients

all good, i know the hospital well.

I found the hospital to be very good all round. They were able to book my appointments in quickly and the hospital was always very clean.

Friendly staff. Issued clear instructions during a difficult time. Waiting area struggles a little for social distancing when seated.

When I arrived I was able to wait in a lovely spacious waiting area and within 30 minutes I was called in, the waiting area and consulting rooms were very clean, all staff were helpful and friendly.
