Fantastic service

I feel the receptionist could be a bit more welcoming. She treated me as if she was a headmistress! She needs some training on communication with patients

When I arrived I was able to wait in a lovely spacious waiting area and within 30 minutes I was called in, the waiting area and consulting rooms were very clean, all staff were helpful and friendly.

I found the hospital to be very good all round. They were able to book my appointments in quickly and the hospital was always very clean.

Receptionist who dealt with me was very polite and efficient, but the one who dealt with my daughter (who was accompany me by agreement with Dr. O'Reilly was not very polite, and did not ask me why she was with me. I did have to wait over 30 minutes beyond m appointment time, but I accept that consultants may well over run because the are doing such a thorough job; maybe the receptionist could have just advised me assuming she knew!)
