It was a Friday morning consultation. It was very quiet in terms of number of patients. I was received with courtesy and friendliness at reception and was seen promptly ie dead on time. The waiting area was pleasant and clean. Staff were friendly. I called yesterday for an appointment and some queries and they were managed efficiently and in a friendly manner. I have used this hospital many times for other issues and they have always been a good experience
