The people at BMI Shirley OAKS Hospital were extremely professional and show a high level of excellence. I couldn't have asked for a better surgical experience.

The Shirley Oaks Hospital is a clean well managed medical institution full of of competent and friendly staff.

Very pleasant, not like a hospital, more like a hotel. Very clean, doesn't smell, good environment and pleasant staff.

The whole group of doctors, nurses, receptionists,physiotherapists, hospitality and the cleaners are all very nice. They really make you feel welcome.

The whole experience at Shirley Oaks from the knee operation through to the physio care I am still having have been a positive experience. I have nothing but praise for the whole team involved in my treatment. And indeed the hospital which in my opinion is run very efficiently.

The receptionist was very friendly and I didn’t have to wait for long to see Mr walczak.

The design of the waiting room is so bright and crowded with chairs - not very comfortable a place to wait. Also the tea/coffee facilities there needs to be serviettes/kitchen roll to wipe up spills. BMI Sloane is designed better. However I had excellent service with my Consultant.
