Responded to all my questions, eager to help, very nice

The clinic itself was great. However the booking experience was not. I called and agreed that you would book an appointment. Someone called me back with some options and we agreed on a time. They sent me through a letter with a booking. A few minutes later they called to say that the time and date would stay the same but the consultant had changed and they sent another letter. All good and appeared to be great service from the people on the phone. When I arrived at the clinic there was no appointment on their system. They could see the cancelled one but not the rebooked one. Thankfully the consultant agreed to add me to the end of her list so I still saw here. However this meant I had to wait 30 minutes to see her and fill all the forms in a gain including providing my credit card as this was not on the system. All in all not the best experience!

Friendly welcome at the clinic and promptly seen by consultant who was very reassuring. Tests and further consultation with results I cannot praise highly enough. First class service.

The ratings I gave are for the experience I had at the surgery. However if there had been a rating for how long it took for the appointment it would have been a lot lower as one appointment was cancelled so it took nearly 2 months to be seen.
