Very rushed and moved quickly from one department to the other then the ling wait at the end ruined it. The stress was unreal

My experience with the nurse was perfect - she was professional, friendly and reassuring and I receive my results within a few hours. My only criticism is of the receptionist who was rude and lacking of any customer facing skills. If I could rate the receptionist experience it would be 1 star or zero.
