I was talked about by a doctor to a trainee calling me “ obese coronary” patient whilst I was in room . Was ignored whilst I had an exasperation causing me pain , swelling and anxiety . Never coming back

The experience on the day of the procedure was good. However, I have not received any form of report and it is now 7 weeks since I had the procedure. My GP has not received a report either.

My mother got an appointment to see your consultant without delay. She had wanted to be seen by a doctor, rather than receiving a telephone consultation, for some tlme after her condition worsened. Due to your quick action and advice she was able to go to hospital where the proper medication was worked out . She is now at home in much better health.

I arrived on time for my appointment and was seen immediately. An extremely pleasant experience.

Close to my home, easy to find and ample parking. Warm greeting on arrival by reception staff, relaxed waiting area, wait time minimal before seeing medical professionals and very happy with overall experience including competitive pricing.

Very professional, makes patients feel confident. One small observation only - used the loos on arrival having asked where they were then promptly asked to supply a urine sample! Sensed nurse slightly agitated as there was then a time pressure which could have have been avoided.

Very friendly and professional welcome. Sensed a high level of expertise.
