Very happy with all staff and consultants I have seen at OSD.

Very good all round

I brought my wife her for an MRI scan on her back (referral from doctor). She was unable to sit or stand for longer than a few minutes, however there was initially no attempt to get her a stretcher of a place to lie down, even when we requested it. The best that could be provided was a (very) small sofa. It was only when the nurses came to take her for the appointment that a stretcher appeared. The receptionist seemed either disinterested or not knowing what was going on. The nurses were lovely and helpful when they arrived. I find it absolutely astonishing that this place had no provision for my wife to wait in, given that she was referred here with a spinal injury.

When I made the appointment the costs were not explained to me. I was told the appointment was part of the plan : the consultant explained before the procedure the costs involved. Costs definitely need to be made clear before any consultation so that patients can make a balanced decision.

Had an appointment with Amanda Marsh to fit my knee brace . I have to say that Amanda has been very professional,patient friendly, explained me about knee injury well and how to manage it. She also taken sufficient time to teach me how to fit the brace and dial up & down functions ...etc. Excellent service by Amanda- definitely recommend this place for physio and brace related cases
