This is the second time I’ve had the same experience. I gave my prescription to the lady over the counter. She passed it on the people at the back and then I just waited and waited. Nobody gave me any indication on whether you had all the prescriptions and how long I’ll need to wait. More communication (than zero) would make this whole experience a 5. So simple.

Diagnostic Centre was fine but printer out of ink, MRI broken which didn't give an overall feeling that it is not a top end clinic

Maja helped me with an unintentional low energy availability issue. Her approach was warm and informative. I would recommend her to people who need help with these issues and also athletes with specific dietary requirements, as she also helped me make sure I was fueling correctly as a vegan.
