I cannot rate Monica highly enough. I approached Monica due to blood tests which severely put me on the Diabetic spectrum. Monica quickly assessed my condition liaised with my consultants and put a diet, and put together an exercise, which i am amazed, that in a matter of a few weeks has started to reverse my condition whereby my Blood Glucose HBA1C levels are returning to a normal state. Monica is so knowledgeable about my condition and what needed to be done, her explanations and directions were clear and precise. Monica arranged regular meetings to asses if we were on track and making positive progress. Monica thank you so much, I would have no hesitation in recommending you. Well done .

I had a colonoscopy with Professor Lovat. I was quite nervous as I had never had one before and I was worried it would hurt. Professor Lovat was wonderful, he put me at ease, explained everything before the procedure, told me how I could ask for more sedation during the procedure if necessary, and explained the results afterwards. The procedure was not painful at all and he is clearly extremely skilled at what he does. 100% recommend.

I very highly and wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Arun's practice. I had the most wonderful experience attending Mr. Arun's practice who very charismatically approached my concerns. He arranged for a series of investigations followed by procedure before i was discharged and I left his practice reassured. Mr. Arun also very kindly referred me to the appropriate specialist for further investigations as required by my GP though making sure all possible health care advices were offered to me.

Everytime he came to see how I was progressing, still in hospital, post op, he listen intently to how I was feeling, not just physically but mentally as well and showed me so much compassion, love and care, even on Christmas morning the Prof came in to see how I was doing, he didn't need to, when many had finished work for the holiday. Last autumn, I had my third procedure (over five years) with Miss Pissanou, and in my view, I could be in no better hands. Miss Pissanou is an expert in her field and her bedside manner is exceptional--warm and personable. She also engages you by taking the time to explain her thinking and recommendations. In general, her standards are very high, and she has my complete confidence. She will always be the person to whom I go to first for relevant medical needs, and I will continue to refer others to her.
