Some of the Consultants are from the Barts Health, The Royal London and St Bartholomew Hospital, the leading NHS Hospitals in London. The hospital is equipped with state of the art equipment. There is a pharmacy on site. Appointments are available at a short notice.

All staff are beyond helpful and friendly

I had an online consultation with Emily Reilly. She was extremely friendly and warm and made my first appointment very pleasant.

The culture promotes confidence and a sense of security. The corporate objective of “putting patients first” has real meaning for clinicians and other staff.

I was very well looked after at Spire London East Hospital. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff attended to all my needs immediately and everyone was warm and kind.

The staff were welcoming, checked I was content with everything. Kept me up to date on what was happening. I was worried about the procedure (I was anxious due to my previous stroke) but they then spent time helping me relax and advised me on the help I could get to reduce my anxiety.

Very good attitude by all staff I was in contact with. Mr Blackburn was clear in explaining what was being done and most sensitive.

Very helpful staff qnd very nice building. Waiting area was very comfortable and the complimentary tea and coffee was a nice touch.
