Dr Jain was a brilliant doctor for my Son. He performed tonsil and adenoid removal for my son. From our first consultation to our follow up appointment Dr Jain was very knowledgable, polite, and listened to all of our concerns and explained every step.

I know Mr Gibbins for a while now, but not as a patient, until yesterday when I have had my initial consultation. After a series of heavy nose bleeding and lots of worries which came with these episodes, I have contacted his secretary, Sharon, who managed to book me in in a couple of minutes. The lever of professionalism offered by his secretary was second to none and the high expectations I had were more than exceeded. Mr Gibbins answered all my questions very clear, had a warm approach towards my problem and offered a reassurance and a treatment plan during the appointment - professional and very on point. His level of expertise and accuracy, made me feel very comfortable and washed away all my worries. I would personally recommend him to any person who is struggling with any ENT problem. Mr Ghufoor impressed me from our first meeting to the last. He methodically worked to identify my ailment (sleep apnea) and gave me options to mitigate it. I chose surgery to remove an enlarged tonsil after discussing the pros and cons with him. He predicted the entire process and gave me the comfort and confidence to proceed, knowing there would be painful moments as I healed. I haven’t slept this well in years, my energy is back, and I feel like I have a new lease on life, thanks to Mr Ghufoor. I highly recommend him.
