Very good experience. Thorough and rigorous practices run by specialists and professionals. Detailed diagnosis and honest explanations given to me. High quality equipment. Medical staff excellent. Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.

An amazing team. From Val the PA all the way through to the surgeon, you knew you were in the best hands.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, couldn't fault any of the staff. Finding my way to the private ward was confusing, having to go through the A&E reception and got lost in a maze of corridors.

Diagnostic Centre was fine but printer out of ink, MRI broken which didn't give an overall feeling that it is not a top end clinic

Rapid procedure, nice meal after procedure. Only issue is getting through to admin team on phone. It is too difficult.

As well as Dr Elmiyeh the entire staff were incredible I’ve never been to a doctors surgery that had such friendly and upbeat staff at the front desk
