Dr Zemark is a kind and compassionate Doctor with a patient-centred approach. I always feel that he has my best interests at heart and always takes his time to explain and reassure when needed and very willing to answer questions and concerns.

Dr Missouris has been absolutely amazing, he is one of those rare gems that you don't need to explain too much with, as he fully understands his field and is able to thoroughly investigate the cause of the issue. I have been with many Drs from different departments and by far Dr Missouris has been the best. You don't need to explain too much or go into great detail in order for him to understand. His experience speaks for itself and it has been an absolute pleasure being his patient. Thank you Dr for all your support and everything you did for me. Being of a different ethnicity one tends to feel prejudiced against but you made me feel comfortable and were professional throughout.

I have had two heart procedures undertaken by Dr. Quereshi and both have were clearly explained before the event, the team was very reassuring on the day and very good follow-ups, clear communication throughout making the procedures as good as they could be.

Dr Whinnett has been exceptional. At my first consultation I was very anxious and he quickly put me at ease, offering solutions and a way forward, but ultimately giving me a choice of treatment and therefore empowering me. On the day of the procedure he was reassuring and ensured I understood what would happen at every stage. Post procedure he again took care to ensure I had no unanswered concerns before discharge. My recent follow up was equally reassuring. I feel that a condition that had filled me with dread and anxiety I now have under control, albeit I know this is not permanently guarantee, and should I experience further symptoms I would not hesitate to make contact with Dr Whinnett. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone with a similar condition.

Following a case of pneumonia in 2020, shortly before the onset of Covid, I have developed symptoms of dizziness and also atrial fibrillation soon after my discharge from hospital. I have found it difficult to find someone prepared to listen to me and advise me. Difficulty in seeing or speaking to a GP (for reasons I understand) have left me to try to work out what is wrong with me and why my symptoms, including problems with balance and several falls, have increased over the 4 years. I have had to discontinue the exercise classes I have attended for over 10 years, to my detriment. I thought it could be due to medication and probably the effect of a beta blocker. Dr Lowe has listened to me, advised me and given me a supervised period without a beta blocker. Symptoms of dizziness and unsteadiness increased accompanied by an irregular heart rate and some breathlessness. Dr Lowe has given me a diagnosis which seems to fit with what I am coping with and has referred me to a neurologist in case there is some underlying cause. I am very relieved and grateful not to be responsible for finding out what is the matter with me for a start.
