Generally very satisfied with service and treatment.

Superb facility. Excellent care. Fantastic staff. Everyone from Dr. Archbold to the nursing and front of house teams were amazing.

I had 2 absolutely wonderful nurses who weee incredibly considerate of my fragile state and aversion to noise. Sadly, however there was a Head Nurse on the ward who loved the sound of her own voice and her own opinions far more then she cared for her patients. This was a bit of a blight on my otherwise very good experience as a day patient at the hospital. She simply could not be quiet, and it got extremely tedious when she started grumbling about work and other colleagues- very unprofessional I can't in why she was the nurse in charge AT ALL. She never heeded any requests to lower her voice at the very least. A shame. Otherwise great hospital from front of house to facilities to cleanliness etc

Excellent - clean and friendly

The Surgeon took the procedure and the whole treatment very personal. Nurses were very caring.

My whole stay at the Spire Bushey went like clockwork - from the courtesy at reception to the nurses great care and help. The Consultant Mr Asef Al-Ani was superb.

Ótima experiência com a Dra. Marília. Como paciente psiquiátrico, é essencial que durante a consulta nos sintamos acolhidos, ouvidos e que se gaste tempo explicando o transtorno e o tratamento. Dra. Marília foi a quarta psiquiatra que vi em quatro meses, e a primeira a me acolher. As recepcionistas também são muito atenciosas. Tudo foi feito por WhatsApp, e elas sempre solícitas e amigáveis.

Diagnostic Centre was fine but printer out of ink, MRI broken which didn't give an overall feeling that it is not a top end clinic
