The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and the service was prompt and professional.

Visiting the Cromwell is always straight forward. The front desk is always helpful and can direct you to the correct department. For day cases, the rooms are comfortable and the nurse looking after you is friendly and helpful. It does get quieter at the end of shift in the evening.

I was quite pleased with Tunica Diagnostics because of their skilled technicians, timely scheduling and reporting, and, I must add, exceptional patient care. Anyone in need of vascular ultrasound imaging services may trust them to deliver high-quality results. Highly recommended!

But for the fact that I was 'in' for a hip replacement operation and was therefore understandable apprehensive, I'm tempted to say the two night stay at this hospital was enjoyable, such was the excellent and professional treatment that I received. All the nurses and support staff were friendly and attentive at all times. And the food was good too.

Dr Mohamed Abbas was fantastic throughout all the 6 PRP Sessions. He was friendly, always greeted with a smile, patient, went above and beyond, and answered all questions without hesitation. He also paid great care and attention to hygiene and the clinical environment was always clean and disinfected. Thank you, Dr. Abbas.
