Good overall experience except for when filling out and signing the required documents at the reception desk. There was hardly any room to do this on the counter and no place to sit down and study the documents properly.

The clinic is very clean, welcoming, and easy to find on Harley Street. The reception staff are very polite and professional, in person and over email.

Not only did he listen to my concerns, but he also excelled at explaining every aspect of my treatment plan and put me at ease. The moment I stepped into the Centre, I was greeted by a team of incredibly kind & polite staff members.
