Overall excellent. The room looked like it was probably refurbished some decades ago yet the furniture was in good condition, all satisfactory and all clean. Well appointed . Staff excellent, food excellent

The hospital staff are very friendly, the environment feels clean and people provide quick service. The worst aspect of the hospital as there is no parking it is a nightmare. There should be some disabled. Parking availabl The Wellington at least provide some small service for parking.

The standard of care and professionalism across all the functions at KEVII is exemplary, and above that which I have experienced at other private hospitals in London.

Operation went as planned, explained everything to me, felt at ease, very pleased overall.

We had a great experience at Lister Clinic. The team of nurses were especially kind and lovely. They were very approachable and responded in a very timely manner. The only criticism I would have is the waiting times can be a bit excessive.
