The doctors and nurses have gone above and beyond to provide me with the right care and making sure I did my procedure on time before my 40th. I was impressed by the determination in which when errors were made, were quick and proficient in being fixed. Waiting times have been very good, no major waits in the waiting rooms. Special thanks to Dr. Pragati who went above and beyond, took time even out her working hours- to ensure I was provided with the correct information on procedure and ensured the IVF application was submitted on time given prior delays out.

Excellent service. The specialist skin nurse was very friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring. The follow up letter was received the next day which was very fast.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming with friendly reception staff and a wonderful team of radiographers and nurses.

I had very good contact throughout. Every email was replied to very quickly with all the information I needed and a phone call would be made to follow up on any questions. I always managed to get through on the phone if needed, without waiting. The hospital itself was modern, clean and tidy with polite, friendly staff.
