Great staff, very helpful and attentive. Rooms very basic, 70s style, and could do with updating.

I initially came to the Lister for some fertility tests and was then referred to Mr Faris with a suspected ovarian cyst which ultimately required laparotomy surgery. Overall my inpatient stay at the Lister was great and I felt very well looked after and supported, both pre and post surgery by the whole team.

Can’t fault the service or treatment I received at One Hatfield. I would certainly choose it again if I need treatment in the future.

Overall really good apart from the transfer wait time. Really pleased with the staff. Fingers crossed it works.
