It was a good appointment.I felt supported,the practitioner was very encouraging about my recovery rate/how I’m managing.I would recommend this clinic as they are nice and responsive.

Been today to see Dr Masud, for my adult daughter. A1 service, extremely lovely Doctor, caring and professional. Following assessment and diagnosis explained everything in detail, from diagnosis, treatment and aftercare. He put my daughter at ease and gave her the reassurance and support she needed. I was given an immediate personal appointment following a phone call. Dr Miller gave me his focussed attention and I was hugely relieved to be in the hands of such a competent highly expert professional. He went through my symptoms carefully and comprehensively, he advised a range of blood tests and I understood fully the implications of each. The tests were carried out carefully. He briefed me on my symptoms and I was glad to be under the care of such a skilled doctor. I returned the next day for treatment, and he followed up after hours when I developed further symptoms. At all times my anxiety about my condition was reduced due to the sense of empathetic competency that I experienced.
