The London clinic is an excellent facility with great service and delicious food. my only negative point was the blood sample taking. some of the staff really cannot take blood samples which meant that i experienced a lot of pain. eventually the Fla botanist was called and samples taken with no issues. so all well at the end

Mr Barber is absolutely delightful. His professionalism, honesty and integrity make a very strong foundation for the essential trust required to develop confidence and ease at what can be frightening time for the patient.

The HCA healthcare centre was a pleasant building to visit.

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

Very professionally run. Excellent facilities and very clean.
