I was referred to Dr Vroon’s clinic via A&E and was feeling very low and vulnerable but by the time the consultation was finished I was more relaxed and hopeful and feeling that the NHS would do everything it could for me. His approach was gentle, friendly, relaxed and reassuring. I felt he was very respectful of me and my situation. He was very thorough and outlined tests he felt appropriate, what they were for and possible solutions. I felt he was looking at all of the solutions and he explained my journey over the next few months. He spent time ensuring I understood everything and gave me loads of space to ask questions. My mood lifted as he spoke and began to realise that there were tests, results and then future plans. I left the clinic feeling very hopeful and very cared for. I had the best sleep for months after speaking to him. The follow-up consultation was just as helpful and supportive. My health had begun to improve from one of his recommendations and he outlined plans for the following months. I have been through many appointments over the last five years and I can easily say that Dr Vroon’s was the most memorable. He is a special human being with a fantastic bedside manner and meeting him is therapeutic in itself. I am a retired NHS director and have worked with hundred of Doctors, nurses and Consultants over the years and would have felt privileged and blessed to work alongside him. I cant recommend him highly enough.

Dr Shanmugan has always shown me a very supportive attitude with his friendly and approachable easy manner during my many hospital appointments with him. He always answers any questions and shares test results relating to my condition with an encouraging and positive outlook showing sensitivity to any concerns I may have. He is always reassuring introducing new treatments that could benefit me towards a stable and healthier life style that I really appreciate.

Professor Rajani was able to quickly identify and explain my condition in a way that put me at ease , arranging the follow ups in a timely way leaving me assured and confident that the proposed path forward was clear and positive. I would highly recommend him.
